Abstracts
1.All investigators in the field of CEST imaging are eligible to submit an abstract for a poster presentation. Students, post-doctoral fellows, and residents are particularly welcome.
2.All studies describing any aspect of CEST imaging are proper. Any studies of human and animal subjects must have been approved by the relevant local ethics committee.
3.All submissions must be submitted via the website, using the supplied template. The submissions will start from July 2018 and end at 11:59 PM on September 10, 2018 (Beijing time).
4.All abstracts will be peer-reviewed by a Scientific Committee. The criteria are scientific novelty/quality, relevance to the workshop’s objectives, and clarity of presentation. Decisions about abstract acceptance will be sent on September 20, 2018.
5.Accepted abstracts will be presented as posters. In addition to the poster session, poster presenters will participate in a Power Pitch session. This will provide investigators the opportunity to briefly describe their research in 2-3 minutes orally in front of the entire group. Further details about poster board size, etc. will be sent with the acceptance notifications.
6.Young Investigator and International Travel Awards will be presented to students, post-doctoral fellows, or residents who will be selected from the abstract presentations.
7.Submission of an abstract is considered a commitment to present the abstract if it is accepted. Please do not submit an abstract unless you are planning to attend the workshop.
