Visa Information
Visa applicants are advised to apply as soon as you decide to travel to China. To apply for your Chinese visa, you must first obtain a governmental authorized invitation letter for visa purpose. We are very happy to help on this.
Deadline for application: October 15, 2018
Submit materials including:
1. Visa invitation letter application form: One form for each person
2. Passport copy (It is recommended that your passport is valid for at least six months following your travel.)
3. Previous visa copies
Please submit all the required documents to cest2018@ihecc.org. We will send you the scanned copy of the governmental authorized invitation letter for visa purpose as soon as possible. It will usually take around 5-7 work days before the authorization procedure is completed.
